shipping information
we offer a primary method of shipment via the tpg (the dutch national post service) or by local post services. we do not ship to po boxes.
delivery time
b-good online store presents collections from designers all over the world and as a result, products are shipped from the designers location to save time and cost.
delivery times are calculated from the time orders are packaged and leave the designers premises. your order will be shipped during normal business hours, monday through friday, except for public holidays.
if you have ordered an item that is on back order or is delayed we will notify you of the situation via email.
- delivery from the netherlands, within the netherlands
most products will be delivered in 2½ - 5 working days from the date of availability.
- delivery from the netherlands to the rest of europe
most products will be delivered in 10 working days from the date of availability.
- delivery from the netherlands to an international destination
most products will be delivered in 20 working days from the date of availability.
- delivery from a location other than the netherlands
- delivery time is calculated differently depending on the location, you will be notified of your specific orders' delivery time via email.
shipping and handeling charges
shipping costs are included in the item price. no extra fees will be charged. b-good keeps the right to change this if highly necessary.
where we ship
we ship internationally, anywhere in the world. if the tpg (dutch national post service)or other local post services are unavailable where you are then we will seek an alternative shipping method and inform you of the delivery time via email.
tracking your order
your order status is updated on a regular basis throughout the order process. a notification email is send to you at each step of the process.
terms of sale
dutch law shall exclusively apply to all quotations, sales and transactions as well as to these terms of sale.

return & exchange
b-good fashion is committed to providing quality products and a pleasant online shopping experience for our clients. if for any reason you are not satisfied with any product you receive, please return it to us in original condition within 7 business days of receipt. please email us with details of the problem, stating whether you require an exchange or refund and we will supply a return authorization number, shipping instructions and our return address.
we are happy to exchange the item or refund your purchase price. shipping & handling on returned items are non-refundable, and a 10% restocking fee for all refunded items applies (in other words, the freight cost and 10% of the item price will be deducted from your refund).
availablity of products
if you have ordered an item that is on back order or out of stock we will email you with the expected in-store date. you can then choose to wait or cancel your order.
